We want tutors to help students stay ahead on assignments and testing to be better prepared. We help parents by keeping abreast of student projects, test, and assignments.
Tutoring takes place primarily in students homes in the following North Metro areas:
Roswell / Alpharetta / East Cobb / Marietta / North Fulton / Johns Creek / Milton / Kennesaw **
**You only travel to areas you prefer or request.
**We also do some tutoring on Campuses during the school day if you are available mid-day.

We tutor ALL subjects and ALL levels, Pre-K through Adult, in:
Reading / Language Arts / Grammar / Beginning to Advanced Mathematics (Multiplication, Division, Pre-algebra, Algebra 1, 2, 3, Trig, Geometry, Calculus) / Science (Chemistry, Biology, Physics) and ***SAT/ACT Prep*** for Juniors and Seniors in High School.
Specifically For:
Elementary kids: Reading/Language Arts, Social Studies and Math tutors who have experience teaching or tutoring K-5 kids
Middle School is mostly Math such as Pre-Algebra and Language Arts/Reading
High School we place tutors mostly for Math such as Algebra, Geometry, and Calculus, and Science tutors for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
We are currently placing with students SAT/ACT prep tutors who can teach All subject areas and help with strategies and testing skills.

Academic Coaches Tutoring is an organization dedicated to providing superior quality tutoring services to students working one-on-one privately in their homes and library.
This program does require a commitment from you that if you tutor, you will finish all students you start.
You can tutor anywhere from 3 to 18 hours per week. Typical sessions are 1.5 hours each 2X per week/per family you tutor. Families tutor by contractual agreement month-to-month. Sessions occur on weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as on weekends. You and the parents coordinate the schedule, but it must remain consistent and MAY NOT float or place sessions on an “on call” basis. We want fixed, set schedules only!
QUALIFICATIONS
– Desire to work with students in-home
– Some tutoring experience preferred
– Reliable method of transportation
– Flexible schedule preferred – min. 3 days per week availability (weekends ok too)
– Willingness to submit background/check
